In loving memory of Douglas Armand Lacoste, aged 41, who after a brief illness, has passed away.
Doug is survived by his partner, Amanda Peltier and his two daughters, Gabrielle and Angela.
He also leaves behind his son Douglas Jr., his parents, Gary and Irene Lacoste, brother David (Luana) Lacoste, niece Josie and nephew Easton.
Doug will be remembered as an easy-going, kind hearted person who had an easy time making friends. He was never judgemental and accepted everyone as they were. Doug was a sports enthusiast and faithful fan to the Jets, he enjoyed playing hockey himself as a goaltender for the St. Vital Victorias, and went on to play Junior hockey for the St. Boniface Riels. He had several interests for employment through the years, with his most recent being a Community Support Worker. His personality lent itself well to helping others, and was a perfect fit to this profession.
Due to current covid-19 restrictions, a private family service for invited guests will take place on Thursday, September 2, 2021.
