It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Lorne Bohonos.
He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Audrey, sons, Larry (Brenda) and Bruce (Christine), but most of all his grandson Blake. Predeceased by his parents, Fred and Violet, sister Elsie and brother Gordon.
Most of his working years were at Western Supplies and Westburne Plumbing & Heating where he made many lifelong friends.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
We love you and will miss you dearly.

  • I love you Dad. You have always been my hero. You never gave up on me. I will forever miss your contagious laugh, your kind heart, your hugs and kisses, your support, your wisdom, your stories that I asked you to tell me over again so many times, all the times you banged your head on something…and so, so much more. I am so grateful for all the love you gave me. All the Jets games we went to. All the Bruins, Flyers, Jets and Bombers bets we had, I still think you owe me $5.00… I will never forget the time you took me to Brandon, Manitoba and you told the 6 year old me to stay in the car while you dropped something off at a customer’s shop. When you came back to the car, I was crying because I peed my pants. You were so happy I stayed in the car though. I was so happy because we went to Woolco and I got all new clothes. The world lost a beautiful person. But much more than that, I lost you Dad. I will miss you so much. Until the time comes when I see you on the other side, I love you. Love Bruce - Posted by: Bruce (Son) on: Sep 13, 2021
