GUNTER KANKEL

Peacefully with his family by his side, Gunter passed away at Grace Hospital on September 1, 2021.
He will be remembered by his wife Margaret, his children, Cindy (Yvon), Brigitte (Doug), Tracy (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jordan (Amy), Caitlin (Mike), Tanner (Melanie); and his great-grandchildren, Ainzlee and Evalin.
We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Dr. Kobt and nurse Deonie at CancerCare, and Dr. Jose and nurse Johnathan at Grace Hospital 3 south, for their dedication, kindness, and compassion during our dad's time in their care.
Cremation has taken place, and a private family celebration of Dad's life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba.
