1944 - 2021
Lorraine's life is celebrated by her loving and devoted husband and partner of 34 years, (Howard) Gern Sabourin; daughters, Rae-Anne (Martin) Evans Smith, Christel (Rod) Ferguson, Tonya Sabourin; and her grandchildren, Chaz and Zoe, Avery and Quin. Lorraine was predeceased by her parents, Lawrence and Patricia Botham, and stepson, Steven Sabourin.
The family wish to express their sincere gratitude for the exceptional care given to Lorraine at Capital Care Dickinsfield and Capital Care Strathcona.
Cremation has taken place and a private interment and reception will be held for immediate family.
Expressions of sympathy can be made with donations to the Alzheimer's Society or the Canadian Cancer Society.

I met Lorraine years ago through amateur radio and Gern, her husband, always referred to her as "my sweet lady". He could not have been more correct.
