MARGUERITE LOUISE DUCHARME
(nee LENSON/KOEHN)
September 2, 1934 - October 2, 2021

On Saturday, October 2, Mom peacefully passed away surrounded by all the love her family had shared with her.
Mom leaves behind her three children, Dean Ducharme (Lynn), Lori Potter (Ted), and Dell Ducharme (Allyson); her sister Jeannette Kist (Al) and her nephew Barry Krasniuk, who she saw as a son and we as a brother. She also leaves to mourn four grandchildren, Jaclyn Gauthier (Gilles) and Raena (Wayne), Emily (Levi) and Zachary (Mary) Ducharme and eight great- grandchildren, along with many other family members and long-time friends.
Mom is predeceased by her mother Ada Lenson/Koehn (nee Honegsberg); her eldest sister Delphine Winstanley and her husband Emile Ducharme. Mom will be greatly missed.
We wish to thank all of the staff and management of the Irene Baron Eden Centre and the Rivereast Personal Care Home who took tremendous care of mom in the last years of her life and who treated her with great care, compassion and integrity. We also wish to acknowledge the wonderful care that she received through CancerCare Manitoba, her many doctors and the staff at the Riverview Health Centre.
A private family Interment will take place.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Society, War Amps, CancerCare Manitoba, or the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba in her memory.
