Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • Karen, Maddie, our deepest condolences to you on the loss of your partner and dad. I know you will be surrounded by family and friends. Just know that we are thinking about you. - Posted by: Debbie & Doug Forgie (Friends from MTS) on: Oct 14, 2021

  • My heartfelt condolences on your loss Karen and family. I have such fond memories of working with Jeff early in his career, he always made us laugh with his quick wit. There was never a dull moment when Jeff was around. I wish you peace and comfort as you go through this difficult time. - Posted by: Karen Nyhof (Friend) on: Oct 10, 2021

  • Jeff has been a big part of our family for over 25 years. I cherish the memories of him at family dinners, trips to Disney World and Banff, as well as many Labour Day long weekends at Clear Lake. Jeff would always make his delicious pizza casserole which quickly became a staple at family long weekends. Jeff had a great sense of humour. He was quick to join in the banter at family gatherings which ultimately always ends up referencing an episode from Seinfeld. Jeff liked to laugh even when he was the brunt of the joke. I recall the time walking through Kildonan Park and realizing the huge, and rather revealing, rip on the back of his pants. Thankfully we had a sweatshirt to tie around his waist and we all had a good laugh at his expense. Jeff was a great husband to my sister Karen and loved his three daughters dearly; he was always there for them and cared greatly for his family. We were fortunate to have Jeff in our lives and will remember him always. - Posted by: Cheryl Clague (Sister in law) on: Oct 10, 2021

  • I got to know Jeffery at MTS just before I retired in 1995. I wish to send condolences to his partner Karen Clague who I knew as a coworker of mine for many years at MTS and his daughters and their families. He was taken from us all too soon but he is in a better place now. - Posted by: Edwin Peart (Friend) on: Oct 09, 2021
