Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • Joan and family. My condolences at this sad time. Larry was a very special cousin and will be greatly missed by so many family and friends May you take comfort in the fact that he is now with his Lord. His race is run and he finished well. Love Evie - Posted by: Eva Friesen (cousin) on: Oct 19, 2021

  • Dear Joan and Family, I was saddened to hear of your loss. Larry was a warm and special person and our family will never forget the resounding version of “Old Rugged Cross” that he and Joan gave at Dad’s funeral. You truly gave us and our father a treasure beyond words. I truly wish I could do the same for you. Just know you are in my thoughts and prayers and wish you comfort in knowing Larry is at peace and in good company. Sincerely, Lorrene (Frank & Helen’s youngest) - Posted by: Lorrene Neufeld (Cousin ) on: Oct 17, 2021

  • Joan and Family We were deeply saddened to hear of Larry's passing. We extend our sincere and heartfelt condolences to your family. Just last week I mentioned to Dorine that I needed to call Larry when I was next in Brandon and take him for coffee. I guess that idea will need to be postponed now to when we can get together to share a much more glorious 'drink' with our Lord and Saviour. Larry had a very profound and positive influence on many people, including us. He will be greatly missed. Blessings, Mark and Dorine Fowke - Posted by: Mark Fowke (Friend) on: Oct 17, 2021

  • We are so sorry to hear of Larry's homegoing. Our deepest sympathies go out to you Joan and your family. We have the best memories of his beautiful voice and him leading the singing at Dallas Valley Senior's camp. That's where we got to know you both and love and appreciate you and Larry. May the Lord himself be your healer and wrap his loving arms around you during this difficult time. - Posted by: John and Thelma Teichroeb (Friends from Dallas Valley CAmp) on: Oct 16, 2021
