Condolences & Memories (13 entries)

  • Dear Janice and all your family. I am so sorry to hear of your precious mother's passing. I know that she meant the world to you and your family. There is no bond like a mother-daughter and the bond you had with her was priceless. Our many talks at school about her showed your deep devotion to her and her well-being. Your constant prayers for her reflected your faith and this continued faith will sustain you as you go through this most painful time. Know that you are in my prayers and thoughts. My deepest condolences to you, Mark, your dad, brother and all your family members. You will always have an angel by your side. - Posted by: Sharon Naurocki (Friend , colleague ) on: Oct 26, 2021

  • Going to miss the best scrambled eggs ever. Mrs T always made me my scrambled eggs when I requested them as a kid when I lived next door to her on Murray Ave for almost 27 years. She baby sat me for many years when I lived there. Later in life, she treated me and my family like one of her own. My girls Melanie, Ella, and Mackenzie were blessed to spend 5 weeks together with Mr and Mrs T on an epic family road and camping trip to the Yukon and Alaska. These memories and many more will always be in our hearts. Much love from The Majers here in Qatar 🇶🇦. Our thoughts and prayers with all who are effected by this loss. - Posted by: Mark Majer and Family (Neighbor and family friend) on: Oct 19, 2021

  • Richard and I are heartbroken to learn of Vicki’s passing. Vicki was very special. She was kind, generous, strong, fun loving and always made us feel welcome. As my godmother, Vicki always kept in touch. Whether a quick email birthday wish, a surprise visit to catch up, or with the “moose meat” smokies she and Ted would pass along, she always had a way of making you feel special. That was Vicki. Ted, Janice, Gerald and family, our thoughts and prayers are with you during this very difficult time. RIP Vicky. You will always be remembered. ❤️ - Posted by: Kim and Richard Marchak (Goddaughter and family friend) on: Oct 18, 2021

  • Vicki and I were great friends and neighbours for many years. We enjoyed camping trips, trips to Grand Forks,Vegas and many other excursions. She was always enjoyable to be with and her laughter was very contagious. She dealt with her illness like a real trouper never complaining even when her health was worsening, she still remained hopeful. Well Vicki your fight is over now may you rest in peace. My thoughts and prayers are with Ted, Gerald, Janice and family. Take care and God Bless - Posted by: Lorraine Mushmanski (Friend and neighbour ) on: Oct 18, 2021

  • Queen Vicky filled a room with her bubbly presence, and always brightened your day. Even if she was experiencing challenges in her life she was always there for you and made you feel better. Often Ted would roll his eyes when she shared her true feelings. His love for his Queen was endless and he was always by her side the quiet Rock full of love.
