JOHN W. SAWATZKY
April 1, 1922 - October 18, 2021
He will be mourned by his children, Carol (Len) Penner, Reg (Linda), Bruce (Irene) and Leonard (Sharon); 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife Hilda, sister Erica, and brothers, Isaac and Albert.
He is survived by his sister Mary Goertzen.
The family would like to thank the staff at Oakview Place, where he spent the last two weeks of his life.
Due to Covid restrictions, a private family service will be held on October 25, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. Livestreaming of the service will be made available at http://www.livememorial services.com/Home/ServiceDetail/16967 or go to friendsfs.ca.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to MCC Canada.
