One is always saddened to hear of a friends passing. Mike will certainly be remembered for his beautiful, always there smile. For many years Mike & his brother Freddie were both well respected citizens in the community of Brunkild, Manitoba. I don't think a social in the hall ever passed by without those two showing up to visit & be a part of the fun. Our family has fond memories of very often meeting Mike picking strawberries in Portage. He held the record of always having twice the baskets picked in the shortest amount of time. The planet will be missing one lovely person but so many folks have many fond memories of Mike.
