She is survived by her son Abraham and daughter Amina.
Hosn was born in Lebanon and immigrated to Canada in 1970. She was predeceased by her husband Mohamad Tasse, daughter Fatima and son Omar
Hosn was a devoted wife and mother. She nurtured her children with profound spirituality - teaching them the Quran and instilled values of humility, hospitality, and respect for all peoples.
We extend our deep appreciation to the doctors and staff at both Grace and St. Boniface hospitals, that cared for our mother with compassion and care. Special thanks to Transcona Home Care workers for their excellent services making our mother comfortable and able to be home under our care. As well as a big thank you to our mother's dear friend Cecilia Preza, who was always by her side.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Alzheimer Society.

Condolences & Memories (1 entries)
My wife Laura and I offer deepest condolences to the Tasse family, Abraham and Amina on the loss of their beloved Mother Hosn. Mrs. Tasse was a kind and caring neighbour who looked after her family with great love. We could see her diligently working in her garden every spring and summer to reap the rewards of her labour with her family and others she knew. Mes. Tasse was always respectful and courteous to me and my family. and especially gracious to my son and my wife, as she shared her delicious home cooking with our family. We will always remember this wonderful woman and her family with great fondness. - Posted by: Art Shofley (Neighbour ) on: Oct 29, 2021
