• What great sadness. The Kotaskas were a great part of our home town of Carberry. They have suffered so much sorrow. I knew Helen and Gerry, Mark, Pat and Jackie, Terry and Toni. So much musical talent! Terry and Mark’s passing is particularly hard. As Terry once said…‘Earl is my first and only guitar teacher!’. Little did I know at that time, that Terry would blow me away with his talent! Mark was a tremendous talent too and went on to great musical accomplishments. Mark was a musician’s musician! • Mark was a truly talented bass player and a great friend. All of us from Jay and The Americans will miss his outstanding bass playing and personality.
