MICHAEL PATERSON
June 13, 1947 - November 16, 2021
Mike was predeceased by his parents, Fredrick Paterson and Doris Paterson (Walker), and his wife Bonnie Paterson (Staszenski).
Mike was born in Portage la Prairie, and was raised in Gimli and Arborg, MB. He lived in both Edmonton and Winnipeg for many years.
Mike is survived by his son Michael, his daughter-in-law Amie Paterson (Provencher) and his grandchildren, Claire Munro and Connor Paterson.
Cremation has taken place, with interment to be at a later date.

My condolences to Mike's family and friends. I always enjoyed talking with Mike and sharing stories. When Mike asked how you were, he was genuinely interested and accepted people just as they were. Mike's dog Jake meant the world to him, and they both brought people from our condo complex together at the picnic table in the park. He always made everyone feel welcome. He came to visit me in hospital after I had a stroke, he liked to act tough at times but was really just a big marshmallow. That’s how I will remember him.
