I'm a cousin to your Dad and I've kept in touch with your Mom over the years. She never failed to send us a Christmas card and let me know how the Ducharme cousins were doing. I actually remember going to your Mom and Dad's wedding many years ago. . .I was just a few years younger than they were. . .also attending their 50th wedding anniversary. She was a sweet person. . .my condolences to the entire family. - Posted by: Denise Moore (Cousin to Betty's husband) on: Dec 17, 2021

My heartfelt condolences to Betty's entire family. I know that she loved, appreciated and was so very proud of each of you. Betty was a wonderful neighbour, just like neighbours used to be a long time ago. She frequently appeared at my door with a smile on her face and a strawberry cream pie in her hands. When she saw the condition of my slippers she knitted me a new pair. Betty, you'll be missed but never forgotten.
