Condolences & Memories (5 entries)
Dear Judy, Blake, Leslie and family, I'm sad to hear of Charles passing. I often think of my bowling friends and I remember Charles fondly. The times he drove me home from the Arena or St. James lanes were always appreciated. He was a kind, hard-working man who put family above everything. He had a good, dry sense of humor too, lol. You are fortunate that you all have so many great memories of life with Charles. I think of you all often, the fun we had as friends and co-workers. My sincere condolences go to you all at this difficult time. - Posted by: Janis Richards (Friend/bowler/co-worker) on: Nov 27, 2021
So sad to see yet another of the Folks we lived by as neighbors, years ago, Gone from our midst. I vividly remember the day Charles and His Mom & Dad lost Linda. I wish to extend to You Judy, and All your Family "Our Deepest", and, "Most heartfelt Sympathy" in the Loss of This "Man" who was such a big part of your Lives, and Hearts. I remember Charles as being a very "Caring Person" ; Reasonable and, Trustworthy, to the core. I know you will all miss Him terribly; but, the thing that can be cherished, are the Wonderful Memories of all the Good times you spent together. Bless you all Sincerely sent from Janet Jundt and family - Posted by: Janet Jundt (Neighbour in Camper) on: Nov 26, 2021
I worked with Charles and his children at Winnipeg Arena and MTS Center for lots of years. Charles was a very quiet man with a great personality. Blake and Leana was also fun to work with. Did not know Zleana passed away and sorry for Charles. They will be united again. RIP both of you and will always remember them with fondness. - Posted by: Barrie Cooke (Worked with Charles, Blake and Liana at the arena's for several years. Was always a pleasure to work) on: Nov 25, 2021
Judy, Trina and the rest of the family, I offer my heartfelt condolences to you all. I met Charles when I first started 5 pin bowling on the Thursday night league. He was a kind soul with a sense of humor. He was an amazing bowler who provided many tips to improve my game. It has been a few years since I last saw him but I always asked Trina about him and Judy whenever we got together. Take care of each other! - Posted by: Bernie Smith (Friend) on: Nov 25, 2021
