She was predeceased by her husband Jack, and parents, Beatrice and Eben Officer. Phyllis will be forever remembered by her children: Janet (Hans) and Jim (Deborah); grandson Dylan (Jenny), and her siblings: Betty, Alex (Judy) and John (Leslie) Officer, cousins, nieces and nephews, and dear friends.
A special thank you to the staff at Bethany, River's Edge unit for their special care and compassion.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Phyllis's name to a charity of your choice.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family service and interment will be held in Winnipeg.
