  • So saddened to hear of Derek's passing, he was a beautiful soul, smart, always joking, smiling and stopping to chat when visiting our home as a teenager. He was a good friend to my brother Mike, and always pleasure to have around. Years have passed since we have seen him but the memories don't go away of all the good times we experienced with him, the trip to Arizona, the sleepovers at our place which we will continue to cherish. I hope knowing that after all these years we hold such fond memories of your son and brother provides some comfort in this most difficult time, he was a good person, a kind person. - Posted by: Kyla and Mike Webber (Friend) on: Dec 07, 2021

  • Where do I start, Derek was truly the best guy I ever met! I met him threw my cousin Mike and Wendy back in 1998. From the day I met him we clicked and became great friends he would call and say I’m here no matter what! He was the funniest guy. Very contagious laugh, all around nicest guy I have ever met! I will forever be proud to say I was his friend. 💝 I miss you D. ❤️ I love you. Your forever friend Shashy - Posted by: Shannon Bobrowski-Amos (Friend ) on: Dec 02, 2021
