He is survived by his daughter Connie (Terry) granddaughter Amanda. His sisters, Bev (Ron), Lorraine and Marilyn; brother-in-law Jack; and numerous cousins from Lydiatt and Winnipeg.
Don was predeceased by his wife Jeanette; his parents, Max and Bertha; brothers-in-law, William and Steve; sisters-in-law, Joan and Norma.
A private family service will be held.
A special thanks to the staff at Red River Place, unit Parkview for their compassionate care of our father during his stay there. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Don's name to Alzheimer Foundation of Manitoba.
