So sorry to hear of "Aunt Susan"'s passing. My mom, Gertrude Shore (Wall) was a cousin to Susan and I always knew her as "Aunt Susan". Memories I have are of picking raspberries in her large garden and playing shadow tag with the cousins under the yard light. Years later when I had my first baby Susan gave me a lovely quilt with embroidery, so thoughtful of her! She had a kind and gentle spirit and I know my mother was very fond of her. I like to imagine them catching up with one another in heaven. Condolences to the family. Julie - Posted by: Julie Friesen (Shore) (Second Cousin one removed?) on: Apr 18, 2022

Deepest sympathy to the family, especially George. So sorry I could not attend funeral. I only found out about her passing after. It hit me hard as I did not expect it so soon after seeing her. I miss her. She was my last connection to my ancestors. We are enjoying the blankets she made, and I remember her every time I see mine, If the Covid restrictions are finally gone, I hope to see you all at a family gathering.
