Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • I met Bruce at a 12 week course he gave for anxiety. MPI sent me to him after I was in a MVA and ended up with PTSD. Bruce was instantly likeable- honest, funny and genuinely kind. We were a motley group of wounded and Bruce understood exactly what each of us needed. He shared his own experiences and knowing what he had overcome, gave us much needed hope. Because of him I traveled alone to Vancouver island by plane, train and automobile. It wasn't easy but I wanted to be able to tell him that I did it. I wrote a letter to thank him for all his encouragement but it didn't seem enough somehow. I hope he's reading this in heaven and knows how truly grateful I am for having known him. - Posted by: Rae Reid (Former client/student) on: Dec 18, 2021

  • I am truly saddened to learn of Bruce’s untimely passing. I had the pleasure of connecting with Bruce when he came to live in Winnipeg Beach, from a life and career in BC, along with his wife Kathy & young son Allan. It was so wonderful to see a next generation Sielski family move into the community his Mother & Father had moved back to, a number of years earlier. My heartfelt condolences go out to Kathy, son Allan, his sister Carol, sisters Bev & Shirley whom I grew up with, but especially to his Dear Mother Olive. May God rest Bruce’s soul! - Posted by: Laurie Russin (Friend of the family & Classmate to Bev & Shirley ) on: Dec 12, 2021
