RAINIER (NHEY) MANALO GIRON
June 11, 1962 December 13, 2021
Nhey lived a very exciting, fulfilled life with his family, four children, two stepchildren and 13 grandchildren. He was strong and overcame anything that came his way. He had a passion for cooking and showed his love through food. Nhey was truly young at heart and rock and roll was a big part of his life, as a drummer in his younger years he enjoyed singing and listening to it. Fashion, fishing and spending time with his granddogs, especially Kikiam, were very important to him.
He is survived by his mother Bella; his partner Lorie, her kids, Kim (Irelan) and Edward; his siblings, Angie, Lana, Liezel (Deano) and Mark (Judith); the mother of his kids Rhonda; his children, Belleenda (Vance), Melissa, Erik and Ashley. Greatly missed by nieces and nephews, Gregory, Madeline, Audrey (Erwin), Naomi (Junsay), Rafdaniel and Danisa (David). Left to miss their Papa are his grandchildren, Laura, Bella, Vance, Micah, Maddox, Jordan, Jeremiah, Jesse, Eriel, Esme, Meilani, Kyan and Laurily. He was predeceased by his father Gregorio and brother-in-law Isagani.
A lamay will be held Friday, December 17, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. at Mosaic Funeral Chapel located on 1839 Inkster Blvd. The funeral mass will be held Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Cathedral located at 353 St. Mary Ave. According to COVID-19 protocols and restrictions, all attending must be double vaccinated with proof of vaccination upon entry.
