Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • My condolences to all of Dr. Louisa Loeb's family. I had the privilege of being part of the local committee for the MATCH International Women's Fund, now the Equality Fund, with Louise. Louise was passionate for justice and equality, and held the torch high for us all. Her energy and creativity were inspirational. - Posted by: Helen Whetter (Friend) on: Jan 02, 2022

  • A well respected, kind, empathetic prof. - Posted by: Maurice Ilene Thevenot (Student) on: Dec 19, 2021

  • May I please express my condolences. From the time I was a little girl Louise was a part of our family history. My mother and Aunt spoke with such high esteem of the permit teacher that came to there community just outside of Beausejour. They remained friends and would see each other through the years. Each achievement she accomplished was celebrated and such pride when she became University Professor my mother would talk about how hard she worked to accomplish her goals and how she inspired all of the Byhre and Bulman family. The last time I saw her was in passing at a mall parking lot. And I had the opportunity to tell her how much she meant to our family and the love for her. My middle name is Louise after a beloved friend and special woman. My condolences to the all the family and friends - Posted by: Brenda Scarcella (Friend ) on: Dec 18, 2021
