GEORGE (BUTCH) RANICK
November 1942 - December 2021

George Ranick of Sandy Lake and Erickson, MB, formerly of Winnipeg, passed away on December 4, 2021, at the age of 79 years.
He was predeceased by his mother Rose Ranick (Sokolsky), father and his sister Debbie Allard (Ranick).
George is survived by his children, Wendy and Jay, his brother Jim Ranick and sister Linda Mikula.
Donations can be made to the Bruce Oake Recovery Centre in Winnipeg in the hopes that anyone struggling with addiction like Butch did for much of his life can get the help they need.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thank you to the staff at Sandy Lake Personal Care Home who showed genuine care and compassion to Butch.
An interment of his ashes will be held at a later date at Thomson In The Park - Winnipeg.
