OLGA DOMS

Our beloved mother (Oma) passed away on December 26, 2021 at 98 years old in Grace Hospital.
She will be lovingly remembered by daughter Eydie (Lorne), and son Garry (Anna); along with grandchildren, Craig, Tamara, Darren, Chris and Jennifer; as well as great-grandchildren, Koroche, Abi, Hannah, Emma, Andrew, Brandon, Jordan and Andreas. She will also be missed by her nieces and nephews, Eric, Irma (Andy), Erica (Henry), as well as many friends and other family members.
She was predeceased by her mother Barbara Schimann; father Gustav Schimann; and husband Albert; as well as her brother Richard (Olga) and sister Lena (Arthur).
She loved her plants, cooking for family dinners and was interactive with everyone. Her church (St. Peter's Lutheran) was an intrical part of her life. Her love of wrestling shows was shared by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well. Her special talent lay in crocheting, table runners, doilies (big and small) and of course, colourful and gifting them. Her crafting of pillows, hangers, floor mats, are a keepsake to us all. She is now free to join her father, mother, husband, brother and sister and is free of pain.
Funeral service will be held on January 6, 2022 at Klassen Funeral Home at 12:00 p.m. and interment at Elmwood cemetery. It will also be live streamed by Klassen Funeral Home at https://youtu.be/kRdWvLpNt1U.
We give special thanks to the staff of Lions Manor, where she lived for four years; along with Pastor B. Meinhardt of St. Peter's Lutheran Church.
Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church.
