REIN "ANDY" ANDRESEN

ANDRESEN, Rein "Andy" (April 8, 1940 – December 22, 2021), passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the Brandon Hospital. He is predeceased by his parents Herbert and Ellen (Koit) Andresen, step-father Voldimar Soer, brother Ulrich Andresen, and step brother Volli Soer and his wife Francis. He leaves behind his wife Gerrie, daughter Michele Clouthier, son Michael Andresen, grandchildren, Justin, Dylan, Matthew, and Caleb. Andy bravely faced his struggles with ALS and kept his legendary sense of humour right to the end. In lieu of flowers, the family would like to encourage the support of the MAID Manitoba program. The family would also like to thank all of the staff of the Palliative Care Unit for their dedication, compassion, and professionalism.
