PETER BILECKI
August 29, 1957 - December 25, 2021


The family of Peter Bilecki sadly announce his passing.
He was predeceased by parents, Walter and Victoria; and brother Thomas.
He attended Shaughnessy Park School, Sisler High School, and Red River College. He helped prepare Faith Bible Camp and Swan River Bible Camp for the upcoming camp season. He was a camp counselor for Hilbre Bible and Swan River Bible Camp. His carpentry skills took him to Ontario, Alberta and Vernon, B.C.
It was in Vernon that his passing took place at the Vernon Jubilee Hospital.

  • It was with a deep sense of shock and sadness that I heard of Peter's accident, hospitalization and passing. Peter and I had journeyed a bit the past few years, with the loss of his wife and then as he volunteered with us at Street Church here in Vernon. We will be holding a memorial service near the end of Feb/ early March to remember him. Our hearts go out to his family and friends. Rev.   • Peter and I spent many hours on late night phone calls. Along with his brothers Thomas and Bernie we played games, football and took lots of country drives together. Peter was always an available friend. He loved a good conversation and was very open to counsel and others wisdom. We shared a love of working with wood. I was so blessed to hear he had registered and then completed his carpentry journeyman. He took on challenging projects and always followed through to completion though we’d hear about every detail.
