PATRICIA VIOLET ROACH
March 20, 1943 - November 8, 2021
With sadness the family announces the unexpected death of Pat, from a heart attack, in Chilliwack, BC.
She is survived by husband Merv, daughter Karen (Geoff) Rabel, granddaughter Kayleigh Topp, sister Barbara (Allan) McCartney, brother-in-law Terry Pearson, sister-in-law Doreen Perron and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by parents, William and Edith (Outhwaite) Taggart, father-in-law Fred Roach, mother-in-law Ivy Pearson, step-father-in-law James Pearson, brother-in-law Paul Perron, and nephew Randy Perron.
Pat was born in Winnipeg - lived in the West End and attended Greenway, General Wolfe, and Daniel McIntyre schools, then teachers college. She taught school in Emerson prior to her marriage in 1966. Pat and Merv lived in Windsor Park before moving to Harrison Hot Springs, BC and then to Chilliwack.
Pat was a quiet, kind, loving person and will be missed by family and friends.
A memorial service will be held in March in Chilliwack.
