LEO FILLION
April 27, 1927 to January 19, 2022

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our dear father Leo Fillion, he passed away peacefully at his residence at Foyer Valade.
Leo was widowed when his dear wife, our mother, Jeanne Fillion passed into God's arms on July 27, 1986. He then met and married Juliette Bélanger in 1989, but was widowed again on September 8, 2020. He is survived by his children, Gisele Fillion-Wylie (Alex) Diane Fillion (Denis) Michel Fillion (Michelle) Jeanette Fillion (Shawn) Roland Fillion, Marc Fillion, Richard Fillion and Jerry Nault, whom he embraced as his own. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Everyone held a special place in his heart as family and friends were his life. Please visit our father's Facebook page Leo Fillion and share notes, stories and pictures for all to enjoy. This will be a legacy to his life and to the person that we so cherished and loved. We thank you in advance for sharing your treasures and memories.
We would like to thank the Staff at Foyer Valade for their dedication, care, compassion and love that was shown to our father by all staff members and residents. Thank you.
In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to a charity of your choice in our father's honour. Thank-you.
A funeral service will take place, please contact Jeanette Fillion through Facebook to receive service information or call Chapel Lawn and your contact information will be passed on to the family.
