EARL DENNIS BASSE
Passed away peacefully, his family at his side, on Friday, December 31, 2021, at the Medical Center of Aurora, Colorado in his 75th year.
Earl is survived by his son Allistair (Penny), grandson Alexander of Aurora, CO, and brother Don (Sharon) of Rowland Heights, CA, sisters, Darlene Basse and Gail (Michael) Hiscott of Kitchener/Waterloo, ON, and Joy (Bob) Belhumeur of Medford, OR.
He was predeceased by his wife Ann, his daughter Susan, his parents, Adolph and Phyllis, and brother Harold.
Earl spent nearly a quarter of a century serving in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, rising to the rank of Inspector. His gregarious and generous nature, along with his sense of humour and charismatic leadership will be fondly remembered and forever missed by his loving family and friends in Winnipeg, MB, Regina, SK, Sechelt, BC, Waterloo, ON, and Lethbridge, AB.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held as his ashes are interred in the Columbarium at the RCMP Regimental Cemetery in Regina, Saskatchewan at a later date.

Our deepest sympathies. I have great memories of your Mom and Dad with you and Susan visiting us at Caddy Lake and spending the day on a pontoon boat on the lake. That was so many years ago. Earl was such a special friend to Dave. Hope they are having a some fun together again. So sorry for your loss.
