CONSTANCE MARGUERITE NICHOLS
(nee HILL)
June 6, 1933 - January 20, 2022
With great sadness, our family announces the passing of Connie, on January 20, 2022. She leaves behind her loving husband, Nick/Bill, of 66 years.
Born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, daughter of John and Doris Hill; sister to Jocelyn. Connie was predeceased by her son Jay (and wife, JoAnne); and leaves behind her loving children, Jon (Wendy), Gill (Mark) and Anne. She was the cherished Grandma of Annabel, Chloe, Andy, Christine and Lara.
A loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and matriarch, she was the master of countless wonderful family adventures. She led an exciting life with Nick, filled with travel, close friends, and great neighbours who became good friends. Her strong character, sense of humour and stories will be treasured forever. We will miss her dearly.
At her request, there will be no visitation or funeral. A family graveside ceremony will take place at a later date.
Donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute or C.H.E.O. would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
