ROBERT ALEXANDER CRUDEN
My soul mate of 43 years passed away Saturday, January 22, 2022, when his heart could not withstand the ravages of COVID.
He leaves behind his wife Dora; son Jim, spouse Kasey and Abby; his daughter Karyn with Sébastien; his niece Kristine, spouse Dave and brother-in-law George. He had numerous family members between the DeGagne and Dupas, Mansell and Bartley families. He also had a bounty of friends throughout the years that we will always cherish.
We wait for the day we will be together. RIP my #1derful!!!!

Bob was one those amazing people who makes an indelible mark in your life. I enjoyed our talks after a hard day at Loomis where he would tell me I was stupid to have taken the job in the first place! Always makes me smile as he would say it so dead pan. Good speed Bob. Deepest condolences to your family. - Posted by: Richard Troute (Co-worker) on: Feb 27, 2022

It is a sad day when you say, "see you on the other side", to a great man and friend. Bob and I met working at Loomis Armoured Car. Bob was older than I and I trained him on the job. He treated me with greatest respect. Our friendship grow working long, late nights. We had many debates about work and yes life. Oh I miss those days. He helped me make the move from there to the Teamsters office were I am today and I am looking forward to retirement. Bob did not make it to retirement but he did tell me, he was looking forward to it. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. He will be missed by all. RIP my friend. - Posted by: Barry Prescod (Friend ) on: Feb 15, 2022

My wife Barb and I were devastated to hear of Bob’s recent passing. We met many years ago, and made fast friends. We would chat over a coffee at the Red Top. I always enjoyed spending time with him. He had a wonderful sense of humour and his smile was true. Bob was a talented guitarist who had a passion for music that I also shared. He was undeniably likable and had all the qualities I admire most in people. It’s a terrible loss to anyone who knew him and to all who loved him. We send our deepest sympathies to Dora, kids and extended family, the Cruden family, and close friends. - Posted by: Phil and Barb Dupas (Cousin to Dora) on: Jan 31, 2022
