ELIZABETH (BETTY) PALMER
(nee MARTIN)

Passed quietly, January 18, 2022 at the age of 89.
Born in Winnipeg, MB, January 9, 1932 to Basil Francis Martin and Elizabeth Mary Martin. Caring and loving wife of 49 years to the late Clyde Palmer (1932- 2016); loving mother to Heather (Cameron) Wood and Craig (Monique) Palmer; proud grandmother of Liam, Evan, Grace and Audrey; sister to the late Frank Martin, Janet (late Richard) Searing, and Robert (Marilyn) Martin; sister-in-law to the late Nellie (late Don) Williamson, Doreen (Joe) Berwick and Marilyn (Bob) Austin; aunt/great-aunt to many nieces and nephews, and friend to many. She was a remarkable woman and she will be greatly missed.
A celebration of Betty's life will be held at a future date.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Betty's memory to a charity of your choice or Canadian Heart & Stroke association would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
