• Brenda was one of the most caring, honest & loving people on earth. She was a wonderful friend. I did not know that she had passed until today. She was very stressed the last time that we talked. Then the emails stopped. I did not know how to get in touch with her sons. We shared much laughter & meals at ethnic restaurants. I even lived for a short time with her. We met when I was doing my social work degree & I got a summer job at a drop in childcare program that she was running in the core area. She was my "boss", but never wanted me to see it that way. From that time forward we were pals. She went through so much in her life, but found the strength to help others, This is how we connected.
