I first met Bruno in the mid 70’s I was working at Towne Pontiac Buick Cadillac. Bruno was car shopping & I met him back then. I don’t think I sold him a car but I remembered him. Once you met Mr Bruno Hintz you never forgot him, he made an impression on people, he was a good man. In 1981 I started Seel Carpet Cleaners Ltd and needed a office to operate from I rented the building on Sargent Ave next door to Fargo Realty from Bruno., I was his tenant from 1981 til he retired and beyond until the building sold. In the early years while Bruno was working we spent many a afternoon & evening talking and reminiscing business & life stories. I was blessed to have met Bruno and to have done business with him. He was a true gentleman, honest & a man of his word. In the whole time I rented from him I never had a lease, everything was done with a handshake, the way of doing business in days past. We had many laughs and good memories together! Condolences to the Family, Rest In Peace Bruno Hintz & God Bless. - Posted by: Brian Segal (Friend/tenant/neighbor ) on: Mar 13, 2022

My sincere condolences to the Hintz family in the passing of Bruno, your dear father and grandfather. Bruno and Susie were our good friends for many years, and we enjoyed many wonderful meals at their home on Montrose. Harry loved Susie’s cooking, which was a ‘taste of home’ for him. When Harry first came to Canada, Bruno took him under his wing and became a trusted financial and spiritual mentor to Harry. Bruno was a talker, and always found time to visit. He asked what was happening in our lives, and gave us honest, wise and godly words. He told stories of his youth, his life-long romance with Susie, his business enterprises, his cars, his rabbits, and most of all, his pride in his children and grandchildren. Our conversations were often long, but he always concluded with a strong affirmation of God’s faithfulness. Bruno was a kind, generous, and godly man, and we will miss him greatly. May the comfort and strength of God be with you all! Love to all of you. Ruth Grewe (friend) - Posted by: Ruth Grewe (Friend) on: Feb 13, 2022

Uncle Bruno was a man everyone loved and admired. I have beautiful memories of Christmas Eve on Montrose, and Sunday afternoons, and dinners with the family. I caught my first fish with him, and we bought our first home with his help. He was an example of discipline (with love), integrity, and a rock solid faith in Jesus. I loved it when he cracked my back (“just relax”), and when he sung my name in the little jingle he made with my name. 🎶 “her name is Judy, she’s such a cutie”. He made everyone he knew feel special and loved. I saw him last a Deer Lodge Centre, and it was obvious that pain was his constant companion. But even through his pain he gave his love and friendship, and radiated the love of Jesus. My deepest condolences to the whole family. I can just imagine him entering the gates to his great reward. He is home indeed. - Posted by: Judy (Niece ) on: Feb 12, 2022

We met Bruno in April 1984 when we moved into the block he owned in Selkirk. We managed the block for him until the summer of 2005. During those years we met Susie and became good friends. Bruno was a wonderful man and we loved him. We kept in touch over the years until this past Christmas, I tried to phone him and got no answer. Our deepest condolences to all his family, but we can rejoice in the fact that he is with his savior and has been reunited with the love of his life" Susie" and his right hand of many years his daughter "Elaine". Love to all of you Linda and Jim McIntosh - Posted by: Linda McIntosh and Jim McIntosh (Friend's) on: Feb 12, 2022

On behalf of my mom, Wally Dimler I want to express our condolences to your family on the loss of the man I knew as “Uncle Bruno “. He was a dear friend to my parents for many years while my dad, Oscar Dimler was alive. After “Auntie Susie” passed away he and mom had frequent lengthy telephone visits. These were special times. Blessings to you all as you celebrate his life. - Posted by: Waltraut Dimler (Friend ) on: Feb 11, 2022

My thoughts and prayers to all the families on the passing of Bruno. I got to know him when I did my insurance through Fargo Realty. Members of the family I got to know when I was attending Immanuel Pentecostal Church. May the Lord comfort you all. God bless; stay and take care. May He Rest In Peace with His Savior. - Posted by: Margaret Martin (Friend) on: Feb 11, 2022
