With broken hearts, the family of Kenneth "Nellie" William McNeill announce his sudden and unexpected death, with his partner Jean and their son Robert by his side, on Wednesday, February 9, 2022. The Come and Go Reception in Celebration of Nellie's Life will take place at the Victoria Inn – Grand Salon, 3550 Victoria Avenue, Brandon on Friday, February 18, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. with a time of sharing at 2:30 p.m. In compliance with Public Health Orders, proof of full immunization will be required.
