JOHN REMPEL
1959 - 2022

It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of John Rempel on January 24, 2022 at the age of 62. John passed peacefully at home in Winnipeg, MB.
He will be greatly missed by his parents, Peter and stepmom Margret; wife Donna, brother Jake and brother-in-law Abe, sister-in-law Janet, daughters, Kristi, Sherri and daughter-in-law Jody, son Robin and his grandchildren.
He was born January 29, 1959 in the town of Winkler, MB where he was raised as a child. John loved to make or build anything out of wood. He loved to spend time with his family and one of his most favorite things to do was go camping and fishing with his wife, Donna. He loved to be with his grandchildren; showing them how to build and repair stuff. His most favorite game he loved to play with his youngest grandson, Nathanel was hide and seek with a tiger stuffy. Nathanel got such an enjoyment out of it that when ever he saw grandpa, he'd always ask "Where's tiger?" One of the biggest memories we have of John is the willingness to help when someone was in need. John was also a dedicated hard worker as a manager for a paint department at Carte and will be greatly missed by many from his work. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
There will be a private funeral service at Wiebe Funeral Home, Winkler with burial in Winkler at the Westridge Memorial Garden on Saturday, February 12, 2022.
