ANASTASIA SHADE

Anastasia Shade, died at 5:45 p.m., Wednesday, February 2, 2022 in White Rock, BC. Anastasia was born in St. Vincent, in The Grenadines.
Married to Casper Shade, former Honorary Counsel for the Government of Grenada, representative to Canada it resulted in two children, Rhonda and Remy.
Anastasia was a stunningly beautiful child and woman, follower of God, funny, with a caring spirit who believed the good in people even if they were undeserving.
After caring for her oldest child, she was inspired to become a registered nurse. As a nurse she cared deeply for her patients and others, specializing in geriatrics, recognizing the importance of caring for the elderly with respect.
Anastasia fully gave of herself putting family first. She displayed a selfless loving commitment to family that instilled her older daughter to do the same from her 20s to help and care for her sister and parents.
She is survived by her daughters, Rhonda and Remy plus hundreds of relatives all over the world. She had 12 siblings and she is preceded in death by parents, Alexander and Eliza.
Anastasia's roots are in the Caribbean and as per her request to take her home, it will be honoured.
Ashes will be spread in the sea in her place of birth and services will be held at Christ Anglican Church in Carriacou, Grenada where remaining ashes will be buried.
In loving memory of Anastasia, her family and friends will miss her immensely, and she will forever remain in our hearts.
