God saw you getting tired
And a cure was not to be
So He put His arms around you
And whispered, "Come to Me"
With tearful eyes we watched you
And saw you pass away
Although we love you dearly
We could not make you stay
A golden heart stopped beating
Hard working hands to rest
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best
It is with a heavy heart that the Sontag family announces the passing of Martha, their precious wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, on Friday, December 31, 2021, surrounded by her family.
Beloved wife of Adam George Sontag for 67 years. Loving mother of Gary (Betty), Cheryl, Wendy (Paul), Dale (Adrienne) and Brent. Cherished and proud grandmother and great-grandmother.
A private family service has been held. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a future date.
