February 17, 1920 – February 19, 2022
A light went out on February 19 when Mom passed from this life.
Born in Ste. Rose du Lac, MB to Eugene and Clara, Mom was one of 18 children. She lived and worked in Winnipeg for many years finally moving to Burlington after she met and later married her devoted husband, George Watts. Mom and George enjoyed several wonderful years wintering in Ajijic, Mexico and Destin, Florida dancing, golfing and spending time with numerous dear friends.
Beloved mother of Elaine Harman-Wawrin (Bohdan), Mom is survived by her sister Marie (John), brother Romeo and many extended family members.
Thank you to the staff at The Village of Tansley Woods, Burlington, ON and especially to the outstanding team on Oaklands, where Mom resided for several of her later years.
Cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation in Lee's name to the Alzheimer Society.
In my heart your memory lingers,
Always tender, fond and true;
There's not a day, dear mother,
I do not think of you.

Wishing sincere condolences to Elaine, Marie, Romeo and relatives. Having lived such a long life I am sure many memories were created that will help you through this difficult time.
