It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Walter Woroniuk on March 10, 2022 at the age of 90 years in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Walter will be sadly missed by his loving wife Mary of 65 years, son Randy and daughter Linda Readman; grandchildren, Tanya (Kiernan), Nicholas (Allie), Tyler (Julie), Joseph (Ashlee), Jeffrey; great-grandchildren, Cullen, Madisyn, Noah, Callie, Caleb and Isabella; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Walter was born in Caliento, MB and grew up in Sundown. He loved to dance, play crib, shovel snow and gardening. His greatest joy was spending time with his family.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 17 at 10:00 a.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home (Hwy. #1 East at Navin Road, Winnipeg, MB). Lunch to follow the funeral service. Interment at Transcona Cemetery, 5014 Dugald Road.
