ALICE ELIZABETH VERBONG


Our beloved mother, grandmother and sister passed away peacefully, with family by her side, on March 12, 2022 at Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg, at the age of 88 years.
Alice was born on September 12, 1933, in Moosehorn, MB. She was predeceased by her husband Gerry, her parents, sister Myrtle, brothers, Bill and Arthur.
Left to cherish Alice's memory, her children, Cynthia, Bill (Wendy), and Gerald (Lynda), grandchildren, Stephanie (Tanner), Amy and Joshua, sister Jean and brother Ted, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at St. Luke's Zion Lutheran Church, 2903 McPhillips St. Viewing commences at 10:30 a.m., followed by service at 11:00 a.m.
Our family would like to extend our deepest thanks to the nurses and staff at the Middlechurch Home for the great care they gave to our mom.


Mom you will be incredibly missed.
