August 16, 1935 - March 16, 2022
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our mother Carmelita, a grandmother, sister, an aunt and friend to many, on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, surrounded by her family, at Palliative Care Unit in Riverview Health Centre. Carmelita was born on August 16, 1935, in Baguio City, Philippines.
Carmelita immigrated to Canada in 1968 and was one of the first batch of garment workers to arrive from the Philippines. She got married in 1972 to Gerhard W. Schultz and had two sons, Ronald and Gerald.
A celebration of Carmelita's life and viewing to be held on Friday, March 25, 2022, 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home & Cemetery. Funeral Mass to take place Saturday, March 26, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church at 355 Andrews St., followed by interment at Glen Eden.

Condolences to all family and love ones who left behind by godmother Carmen T. Schultz. She is a very nice woman. Even though me and my wife are not present to her funeral but the participation always to our mind. RIP GOD will guide you to reach his kingdom for a much better life.
