Condolences & Memories (11 entries)

  • I knew Jeff for over 45 years, we had some crazy times together and he was such a good guy he was funny and would help out anybody who needed it, we went to many concerts even though we weren’t that close in our later years I would still run into them and it was like no time it ever passed. I just found out he had passed away and it hit me really hard. I wish I could I have one more beer with him. My condolences, Heather - Posted by: Marcel Gloux (Lifetime friend ) on: Sep 14, 2022

  • So sorry for your loss. - Posted by: Glenn Leaf (Old freind) on: Jun 02, 2022

  • Jeff, I had meant to come visit you before your passing and I regret not being able to reminisce and bid my fare wells in person. Although we only hung out as friends for a couple of years, I can say you were one of the straightest shooters I met; generous and philosophical and no one ever knew what was behind that sly smile of yours. Two of my best trips EVER to the U.S. were accompanying you, in your "hut" mobile;). Rest peacefully Jeff, may your family find solace, knowing that your suffering has ended. - Posted by: Peter Kolodka (childhood friend) on: Apr 07, 2022

  • I have Fond memories with Jeff on his trips to BC. We kept up with Jeff's life mostly through Cheryl Lynn. We hope Jeff and Cheryl are together and at peace. - Posted by: Gail Gordon (Cousin) on: Apr 01, 2022

  • I have fond memories of Jeff when he came out to Vancouver from time to time. Our family always enjoyed his visits and the many laughs we would all have. The last time he was out west was so long ago, but his sister Cheryl would keep me up to date with his present life. So sad that first Cheryl went through her illness and then to learn Jeff was also fighting it as well. Sending your family heartfelt condolences. - Posted by: Linda Henderson (Cousin) on: Mar 31, 2022

  • Heather, Our hearts go out to you and your family. Jeff, by far, was one of the best guys I had worked with at Pro. We never saw much of each other outside the office other than playing hockey together for a few years. Jeff was a good man, straight talker who worked hard and played hard too. He was the kind of guy that everyone would want as a friend. I will miss his jokes, conversations and that beer we were supposed to have together when all this covid crap was over. We can only take solace that Jeff is resting in peace now. Take care, Iain and Kim Shepherd. - Posted by: Iain and Kim Shepherd (friend and co-worker) on: Mar 26, 2022
