PHYLLIS JOYCE WARNER
(nee GRAWBERGER)
July 21, 1934 - March 21, 2022
Peacefully on March 22, 2022, surrounded by her family, Phyllis Joyce Warner went to her heavenly home to be with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and to be reunited with the love of her life, her husband, Reuben.
Phyllis, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother is survived by her children, Deborah, Mark (Jean), Tricia (Paul) and two granddaughters she raised as her own Tamara and Lisa; 11 grandchildren (notably Alexa, Isaiah and Isaac whom she considered her children), 18 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Phyllis was predeceased by her husband Reuben in 2002, sons, Timothy and Barry, daughter Heather, and grandson Christopher; siblings, Jane, Irene, George, Mary, Alfred, Thomas, Martha, Robert, Mildred, Violet and Clifford. Phyllis was the last remaining matriarch of the Grawberger 12.
Phyllis was born July 21, 1934 in Piney, Manitoba to Isaac and Augusta (Witt) Grawberger, their 12th child and the last to join her siblings and parents in heaven. Phyllis' greatest joy was her family and her steadfast unconditional love is the treasure and legacy she leaves.
The family wishes to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the staff of the St. Norbert Personal Care Home for their love, care and compassion they showed to our mother.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Springs Church, 595 Lagimodiere Boulevard. A private family viewing to take place prior to the service from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the passing of beautiful Phyllis. I have fond memories of both Phyllis and Rueben, their love for each other and the life they built together was an example to those who called them friends. Phyllis always seemed to have a beautiful, yet mischievous, smile on her face, and encouraging words of love and hope. Her witt and sense of humour were a gift, she was so funny. I have and will continue to miss her, so glad memories are sweet. Sending love to Trisha, Paul and the entire family. - Posted by: Kim Bilcowski (Friend) on: Apr 02, 2022

Phyllis and I were neighbours and then very good friends for many years. I have so many good memories. Although I am sad that she is gone, I’m happy because she knew where she was going. My sincere condolences to Debbie, Tricia and the whole family. Bobbie Doornink - Posted by: Bobbie Doornink (Friend) on: Apr 02, 2022
