February 4, 1929 - March 26, 2022
With extreme sadness we announce the passing of our mother Margaret Pospishell at the age of 93. She can now join her husband and our father Alfred in heaven who we lost too early in 1971.
Margaret is survived by her daughters, Linda Szturm (Chris), Susan Zimmer (Bob); granddaughters, Dana Zimmer (Nate), Laurie Zimmer-Plett (Tyler); great-grandchildren, Gemma and Wyatt Zimmer-Plett; sister Hazel Dunlop, and sister-in-law Lil Hazell.
She was predeceased by her Mom and Dad, Fred and Lydia Pohl; brothers, Sam and Eric Pohl; and sisters, Olga Stubbe and Martha Waddington.
Mom was born on a farm in Darlingford, MB on February 4, 1929. She moved to Winnipeg at a young age and has resided in Winnipeg up until her passing.
A memorial funeral service will be held Monday, April 4, 10:00 a.m. at Friends Funeral Service, 2146 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB.
We respectfully ask people attending to wear a mask during the service in light of the Covid Pandemic.

Linda and Susan, so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. Margaret was a lovely person. We lived in the same neighbourhood as her and would often see her on her bicycle back in the day. She was always smiling. - Posted by: June Pospishell (Margaret's niece) on: Apr 02, 2022
