CHRISTOPHER CALVIN WILLIAMS
Northern Lynx Man
Kewatin Penise Ininne
After a lifetime of struggles, Chris started his journey to the star people, on March 30, 2022 with family by his side.
Chris tried his whole life searching for his peace and solace, he was finally able to find peace walking our Red Road, and tried to live by the 7 sacred teachings.
Chris leaves behind his only son Chris Jr., his daughter Destinee and granddaughter Natalie, his daughter Jade and granddaughter Teal, his dear beloved friend Helen, sister Darlene (John); brothers, Bob (Judy), Douglas, and Perry (Jenny); and several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his mother Laurette, his father Stanley, and brother Stan.
Chris was a kind hearted man, and would give the shirt off his back. He had lots of charisma and charm, and was a exceptional dresser. He was loved by many and he gave back that love, especially he tried to express that unconditional love for his children and grandchildren.
Chris was a sundancer at Sagkeeng First Nation, as well as a Firekeeper, and he loved our ceremonies.
Chris will be cremated. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at a later date.
We love you and will miss you so much
Chris. And He will raise you up on Eagle's
Wings. Bear you on the breath of dawn.
Make you to shine with the sun.
And hold you in the palm of his hand.
