MARK GEORGE SIMKO
March 26, 1965 - April 8, 2022

Surrounded by his family, it is with deep sadness that Mark George Simko, age 57, passed away on Friday, April 8, 2022, after a brief and courageous battle with cancer.
Mark was predeceased by his beloved parents, George and Bernadette, sister Marie Collins, father-in-law Gordon Anderson and mother-in-law Alberdina Anderson.
Mark leaves to mourn his loving wife Lynda, beloved children, Jordan and Janna and his best fur baby Sadie. Also left to cherish his memory are his brother Donald (Patti), sisters, Patricia (Clayton), Rose (Jack), Linda (Glenn) and Huguette (Larry), brothers-in-law, Craig (Debbie), Randy and Laurie, sister-in-law Lisa (Perry), brother-in-law Bill (Kathy) and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nephews, great-nieces, friends and colleagues.
A celebration of Mark's life will take place at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at Gilbart Funeral Home with Rev. Anton Bouw officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Mark Simko to CancerCare Manitoba.
Our family would like to thank the many doctors, nurses, specialists and hospital staff at Health Sciences Centre and Selkirk Hospital that helped Mark with his short battle with cancer.
