REGINALD ALLAN (REG) SCHELL
Reg passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, on December 13, 2021, at the age of 66.
He will be sadly missed by his children, grandchildren, siblings, relatives and friends.
Reg lived a very colourful life, enjoying many pastimes such as snowmobiling, fishing, playing crib, golfing, carpentry and car tinkering. He was a natural mechanic and could fix almost anything!
He was a hard working man who was proud to work for MTS from 1978 until 2008, retiring in the position of PBX Installer.
Reg was a fun loving character with a wicked sense of humour! We will all miss the laughter and silly times we shared with you.
Say not in grief that "he is no more" but in thankfulness that "he was". Reg, you touched so many lives and we are all so grateful to have known you. Words cannot express how much you will be missed.
In keeping with Reg's wishes cremation has taken place and a private ceremony will be held in his honour.
There are no goodbyes for us, because you will always be in our hearts. You are so loved and cherished by all that knew you, rest now, until we meet again.

Reggie and I started our careers at MTS within a month of each other...his start date was September 7, 1976. Over the years our paths crossed numerous times where we'd take time to reminisce over a coffee; talking about family mostly, as he was a proud Dad. The times we worked on the same projects together were filled with laughter and ideas how to arrive at the best possible solution to problems and keep the customer happy. The customers loved Reggie for his jokes and hard working ethic; they knew they were in the hands of a professional and the entertainment was a bonus. Reg always had at least two jobs on the go and was much like a whirlwind or Tasmanian Devil, scooting around at a quickened pace. When Reg wasn't in sight, his familiar laugh could be heard somewhere, reminiscent of Flipper the Dolphin. That's how I'll remember him: quick witted with a bit of dry humour thrown in at times, sharing a laugh and watching him whirl around like a tornado. My sincerest condolences...
