It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kenneth (Ken) Gordon on April 22, 2022 at the age of 64. Ken passed peacefully in his sleep at Riverview Health Centre with his son Steven by his side after a short, but aggressive battle with cancer.
Ken leaves behind his wife Anna (nee Pikl); sons, Kevin (Michelle), Steven; and grandson Kendon (Kevin and Michelle). He is survived by his twin Kathy, and other siblings, Glenn, Mickey and Laurie.
In Ken's wishes, no funeral service will be held. Ken will be cremated with his final resting place at St. Boniface Cemetery close to his mother in-law, and brother in-law.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to CancerCare Manitoba.
We thank the staff at St. Boniface Hospital and Riverview Health Centre for helping Ken in his final days.

My condolences to the Pikl/Gordon family on the passing of Ken. We all grew up together on Guilbault street and attended the same schools right up to Nelson Mac high school. A lot of fond memories from those days. We all had a really great childhood. Rip Ken, you will be missed. - Posted by: will tataryn (School friend) on: May 03, 2022

I am truly saddened to hear about’s Ken’s passing. Despite having many surgeries over his life Ken always managed to spin life in a positive way at the clinic. He spoke of his family and friends in loving ways to me during our many interactions over the years. You were in indeed the source of his optimism and “joie de vivre” (joy of life) he was proms of his children and their partners. At the clinic everyone enjoyed his unique banter and always joined in the spice up the clinic environment. I will never forget Ken and consider him the best example of the best Physio client to work with. Rolly - Posted by: Roland Lavalée (Physiotherapist ) on: Apr 30, 2022

My sincere condolences to the entire family. Everyone who lived in our area of St B. from Kavanaugh to Guilbault knew each other, went to Archwood School & spent nights & weekends at Archwood Community Club. I got to know Kenny because Kathy & I hung around together. My brother Tom & Glenn we’re the same age. We also saw each other at the Nelson Mac reunions I helped to organize. Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time. - Posted by: Christine (Hallem) Ward (School friend ) on: Apr 30, 2022
