MELISSA STEVENSON
December 2, 1989 - April 23, 2022
It is with deepest sorrow we announce the passing of our beautiful daughter Melissa.
She will be lovingly remembered and sorely missed by her dad Allen Stevenson (Sylvia), mom Jackie Simpson (Erik), sisters, Katie Kidd (Shane) and Jordann Kidd (Kalen), most importantly by her daughter Sadie-Lee Peterson and also by numerous family and friends.
She will be forever in our hearts. R.I.P. our beautiful angel till we meet again.
A private family gathering will follow at a later date.

My deepest and Dearest Condolences to the whole family, I've known Al for close to 40 some years and when this sweet little angel was born, Al beamed so bright, that he lit up the sky. Melissa was such a sweet little girl, although I had not seen her since she was a toddler, Al told me about her every chance he got... I met Melissa last year, at her job downtown. She instantly made me feel like a friend right off the bat. Over the year I got pretty fond of her, got her flowers on a few occasions when she wasn’t having the best day, because on my worst days she actually took the time to talk to me. She was really kind to me, during a time when I was going through a lot, her kindness went a long way. I would would love having conversations with her about her work and if anything interesting happened in the downtown life. I was in complete shock when one of her coworkers/ friends pulled me aside to tell me this horrible news. I couldn’t believe it. Young and Beautiful, and a heart of Gold.
